He found HohoJo readying to pull our UTV off the trailer!!!!! Although HohoJo does not meet the UTV's height requirement and has not completed the VAVRS course, he showed situational awareness by checking his mirrors and surroundings.

We believe he had the best of intentions to assist Motor Lieutenant Cody Loan with preparations for the Christmas parade in Riner and Christiansburg.
